PRE-RENTAL SERVICES
- Information and Consultation: – We are available to provide clear, accurate, and accessible information about available rental items. Our website offers you general but comprehensive information on our business, fleet, prices and frequently asked questions. However, if you need more details send us a request, call or whatsapp us.
- Reservation and Booking Systems:- We offer you efficient reservation and booking system through our website or whatsapp technologies. An initial request can be made via the website or whatsapp numbers provided.
Pricing and Payment Options
- All of the vehicle pricing can be found on our website. Please check our fleet information for daily and weekly pricing.
- 10% discounts are offered for each consistent week period up to three weeks.
- 15% discounts are offered for four consistent weeks
- Payments are to be made upfront, however for longer term rentals periods aninstallmentsystem can be arranged.
- Payments can be made in cash, local EC$ or US$. Debit/ credit card payment option is available. However, there is a 5.25% service charge for the use of cards.

- Delivery and Pickup Services:-Free delivery and pick up from airport. G.I. Rentals Ltd. Has reserved airport parking available for delivery and pick up. Accommodation can be made for pickup and delivery within the range of Argyle (on the windward side) to Kingstown (central/ capital city).
DURING-RENTAL SERVICES
Maintenance, Technical Support and Emergency Assistance
G.I. Rentals Ltd schedules regular maintenance for each vehicle. This is a requirementto ensure the reliability and safety of all its vehicles. However, in the event of any mechanical or accidental problems, we work to provide prompt technical support to our customers. Our aim is to provide our customers with prompt resolution of technical problems in order to minimizes downtime for the customer and enhances their overall experience.
Flexible Rental Periods and Extensions
Customers' needs can change, and G.I. Rental Ltd aims to offer flexibility regarding rental periods. We cater to extensions of rental contract once the extension are clearly communicated within a reasonable time.
NOTE: inconsistencies with rental period and lack of communication can affect discounts highlighted above.
Operational Assistance
Where necessary, we would provide assistance in familiarizing customers with vehicle features that may be unfamiliar to foreign customers. Additionally, feel free to ask about the terrain and get tips on how to traverse in our beautiful island.
Protection of Children
G.I. Rentals Ltd believe in the safety of young children, especially babies and toddlers. Therefore, we have car seat available upon request.
POST-RENTAL SERVICES
Inspection and Return Process
Upon return of each vehicle, an inspection is conducted to assess the condition of the vehicle. Both the company representative and the customer would be present at the inspection.
Cleaning and Sanitization
Every rental vehicle goes through a cleaning process after each service. This ensures hygiene and maintains the quality of the rental inventory.
Contract, Billing and Invoicing
Contracts are issued and signed for each service provided. Our contracts can also be used as an invoice. However for companies and small businesses that require separate invoicing. Separate invoicing is available on request. Receipts are provided to all customers. Please don’t hesitate to make a request for a receipt if you didn’t receive one.
