Terms & Conditions – Comfort Ride Madurai Bike Rental
1. Eligibility
Renter must be at least 18 years old for scooters and 21 years old for motorcycles.
A valid original driving license and government-issued ID (Aadhar Card, Passport, Voter ID) are required at the time of booking and pickup.
2. Documents Required
Original Driving License and one valid ID proof must be presented.
Copies may be retained for documentation and returned upon vehicle return.
3. Booking & Payment
Full or partial payment may be required to confirm bookings.
A security deposit amount will be collected and is refundable after the bike is returned in acceptable condition.
4. Use of Vehicle
The bike must be used only for lawful purposes and follow all applicable traffic laws.
Racing, stunts, or overload use is strictly prohibited.
5. Fuel Policy
Bikes are provided with a fuel level at pickup.
Renter must return the bike with an equal fuel level; otherwise fuel charges may apply.
6. Helmet & Safety
Helmets are included with the rental and must be worn at all times while riding.
Not wearing a helmet or violating safety laws may result in fines and immediate termination of rental without refund.
7. Rental Period
The rental period starts from the handover time and ends when the bike is returned.
Late returns may incur additional charges per hour or day as per company policy.
8. Damage, Accidents & Liability
The renter is responsible for any damage, theft, or loss during the rental period.
In case of an accident, the renter must immediately inform the company and local authorities if required.
All fines, towing, repair, or other costs will be borne by the renter.
9. Cancellation & Refunds
Cancellation policies (if any) should be agreed upon at the time of booking; typically, refunds may be allowed if canceled within a specified timeframe before rental start.
10. Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions are governed by the applicable laws of India and disputes (if any) will be under the jurisdiction of appropriate courts in Madurai.
